Tier 1: Assess & Align

A six-week leadership-focused engagement designed to help school and district leaders clarify priorities, align roles, and strengthen decision-making around college and career readiness.
 

Tier 1 centers on guided strategic conversations that surface misalignment between expectations, responsibilities, and existing practices, particularly within counseling and postsecondary planning systems. The goal is clarity before leaders make high-stakes decisions that impact staff, students, and outcomes.

This work is ideal for leaders who want to move forward with confidence, without adding new initiatives or increasing counselor workload.
 

Tier 1 focuses on:

  • Aligning leadership expectations across administrators and counseling teams

  • Clarifying who owns what, how decisions are made, and where accountability lives

  • Identifying misalignment that creates inefficiencies or inequitable outcomes

  • Strengthening leadership confidence in college and career readiness systems

Tier 2: Build & Equip 
Our most common engagement for schools ready to move from insight to action.

Precision systems that turn readiness goals into consistent practice.

Tier 2 applies the structure and intentionality typically reserved for athletes to college and career readiness—ensuring students receive clear pathways, realistic options, and consistent guidance.

This work focuses on building the systems most students never receive, even though they are critical for informed postsecondary decisions.

  • Tools that promote consistency across counselors and administrators

  • Priority actions that align daily practice with long-term outcomes

 Tier 3: Transform & Sustain

​​Long-term partnership for leaders ready to redesign readiness systems at scale.  Tier 3 is designed for schools and districts ready to move beyond alignment and implementation into sustained, system-wide change. This work focuses on embedding college and career readiness into leadership practices, structures, and decision-making so progress endures beyond a single school year or initiative. 

​

Tier 3 engagements are highly customized and built around each district’s context, priorities, and capacity. This is not professional development or short-term consulting, it is a strategic partnership.  Tier 3 includes ongoing checkpoints to support accountability and course correction.
