Disconnected
Counseling Systems.

Predictable Outcomes.

Helping schools align people, policies, and practices to improve student outcomes.

Positioning By Design, Not Chance

Schools don't struggle because educators lack commitment.  They struggle because counseling work is often carried out through disconnected practices, unclear ownership, and systems that rely on individual effort only.

At EduCounseling Consulting, we help schools examine the counseling systems behind student outcomes by aligning people, policies, and practices.

Because when systems are intentional, outcomes become predictable.

Meet  Sharon Sellers

Sharon Sellers is an educator, administrator and college access strategist with more than two decades of experience supporting students and school systems.

Across her roles, one pattern remained the same: the students receiving the most guidance were rarely the majority.  This insight shaped her focus on building systems that make readiness measurable and sustainable, without adding unnecessary burden to school teams.

Where this work is being discussed

EduCounseling Consulting’s work in postsecondary readiness, equity, and system design is contributing to a broader national conversation on how schools identify and support students beyond the surface.

Sharon Sellers has been invited as a guest on the Great Minds Teach Alike Podcast to discuss how schools move from intention to measurable readiness, through identifying and recruiting the untracked majority.
